Within the grounds is a good-sized swimming pool with sun beds and parasols, a lawn and a vegetable garden (which did very well last year).

There is also an orchard of apple, pear, peach, plum and walnut trees, and of course a few rows of vines. We're planning to grow more roses this year as the ones we had last season did so well.

The summer kitchen is situated in the run of buildings between the main villa and the apartment. It is a large covered area with a cold-water sink, a big oven / heater, a small hob, and tables and chairs. The BBQ area sits right next to it.
