Make a reservation at Villa Renee

The price to rent Villa Renee depends on the time of year. If you would like him to, Graydon (our site manager and expert chef) can cook foor you; the cost is dependant on numbers and menu – you'll have fun discussing it!

May and June prices (self-catering)

• Villa: £200 per week
• Apartment: £100 per week

July and August prices (self-catering)

• Villa: £300 per week
• Apartment: £150 per week

September (self-catering)

• Villa: £200 per week
• Apartment: £100 per week

Deposit

A deposit of £200 is required when booking the villa, and £100 for the apartment. This will be returned to you when you depart assuming the property is left in a relatively clean and tidy condition. Breakages will be charged at replacement value.
